How the pre-orders work?
All pre-order are made to order and will take 6-8 weeks to ship. This estimated time for shipment will not be eligible for refunds.
Please e-mail via "Contact Us" if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.
At the moment, all orders are shipped using Colissimo. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking.
International orders
Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return it. The pieces must be in their original packaging, with their tags and not have been worn. At this time, returns have to be paid by the customer.
Please note that we will not accept returns on promotional items.
Once the item has been returned, you will have the option of choosing between a refund or a credit note valid on the entire website. Please allow 10 working days after receipt of the return package to receive your refund / credit.
We cannot exchange items. We advise you to make a return and order again on the site.
